Hi gurus.
I am facing a problem when downloading SAP Hana Client for Excel 1.00 from SWDC.
My system is a 64 bit Windows 10, with 64 bit MSOffice 2016 and 64 bit Hana Studio. So I downloaded and installed what I thought was the 64 bit version of Hana Client ("WINDOWS ON X64 64BIT"):
But when I install the package I see it is the 32 bits version:
In fact it gets installed in C:\Program Files (x86). And I don't see the SAP Hana MDX Provider in Excel:
I have tried all the other so-called 64 bit SP versions available in the download page and they are all 32 bit.
I also tried to define a 32 bit ODBC connection: it connects successfully:
But still I can't see the MDX Provider in Excel.
Has anybody faced the same problem? Any hints to get the right packages (or to make the 32 bit version working in a 64 bit environment)?
Thank you,
-Luca-
