Hi,
I have a requirement to schedule the same sender channel in two different timings 1. from 2 to 3pm and 2. from 12 to 1pm. How it can done in two different timings? Any idea...

Hi Vijay,
If I understand it correctly, you need to schedule your channel two times a day and is simple.
In the communication channel monitoring, click on Availability time planning and from the drop down menu select the Availability Time as once, provide description, time(12pm to 1pm) and communication channel name. You can then create another ATP with Availability as once, enter description, time(2pm to 3pm) and same channel name.

Please follow below steps for the same -
Go to Communication Channel Monitoring --> Select tab "Availability Planning"
Select option new (Daily) then in filter table provide youre Communication Channel name and provide 1st start time which is 2 to 3pm
Perform the same steps again but give time as 12 to 1pm.
So basically you will be defining rule twice -
