I have the following requirement from my client,like If result recording is positive,then its not a problem. Users will give "Accept" and go ahead. But if any result in result recording is negative, then in usage decision only two options, "Accept with deviation" and "Reject" should be there. Users shouldn't be able to give "Accept" option, it must be hidden or made inactive. Basically am a PP consultant and am new to QM. Does it require any logic? kindly guide me how to acheive this. Thanks in advance.
