Problems installing SAP Data Services 4.2 x64 in Linux VM Teradata Express 15

Hello everybody,

I downloaded the Teradata Express 15.00.02 for VMware Player from:

When I try to install SAP Data Services 4.2 x64 for Linux, I receive the following error:

• Failed: Minimum patch level requirements for OS (Critical)

This is the OS release I have:

TDExpress15.00-02_Sles11:~ # cat /etc/SuSE-release

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (x86_64)

VERSION = 11

PATCHLEVEL = 1

I would like to know what I should do to be able to continue with the installation.

Hi Juan,

Please check the Product Availability Matrix below:

Looks like the OS level you have is not supported at all. Until now, SUSE 11 is supported from SUSE 11 SP01 to SUSE 11 SP03 with SAP BODS 4.2 SP04. Maybe you need to downgrade the OS Version.
