reset Mobile Services account

Hello,

I would like to ask you how I can reset my account for Mobile Services at HCP. There is no option to raise an OSS ticket, as I have a trial account and I am not customer of SAP. Do you have any thought, what I could do? There are many problems that I have to deal when I am trying to develop a hybrid mobile app.

You cant do it your own since its manged by SAP. Can you share what all problems you are dealing with?

Hi,

I am trying to find it but I don't know if it is my HCP account issue or I could do that through my HCPms cockpit, is there somewhere I could report it? My problem is that mobile services have never worked because I have always an "internal server error" message, also it doesn't let me create apps and so on.
