Hi Experts,

I have set the global provisioning settings as create user if does not exist for change user action and for assign role action.

The issue is that GRC is not generating the password for users who do not exist and the request is getting failed with error as shown below.

Any help please. Thanks.

GRC 10 SP 20

Hi Surya,

As rolled out this month in the GRC newsletter, please apply SAP note 2231739 in case experiencing issues with global or system provisioning settings in your GRC system. Let us know the result.

Hi Surya,

In global provisioning settings under email status check if SEND PASSWORD is set to YES.

Also , If you do not have SSO enabled make sure deactivate password is NOT checked.

Assign role action and change user action has to be checked for create user if does not exist option.

Hello Manju,

SSO is not enabled. All settings are placed accordingly. The issue remains the same.

Deactivate password unchecked.

Send password set to YES

For change user action and for assign role action status checked.

Surya
