difference between customer price list type and customer group?

Please tell me the difference between customer price list type and customer group?

Hi christino,

Basically, customer price list may be the base price list or general price list whereas customer group is the list of customers who are given special discounts or facility on and above general price list may be based on high volume, regular orders, payment terms etc.
