Barcode Printing Problem (Completed-But No Output)

Dear Gurus,

Our Barcode printer ZEBRA ZM400 printer seems Completed in SAP System. Also Completed in Sap Print Server, but there is no print.

Sap Print Server Version = (740_12 last patched)

What we checks ;

-Printer share name is tested, it can be reachable

-Local (Frontend) printing is working in SAP (METHOD)

-Domain user has Admin auth. and related auth.(Print Server User)

-Firewall, Windows Defender, Anti-Virus Programs disabled (End user and Print Server)

-Printer is restarted also PC is restarted and checked Configuration on Printer

-End user have PC are Win 10 and Win XP(32bit) same results.

Hi Kemal,

In method S you don't need to call the whole path under Host Printer, just the name of the printer as shared on windows "Zebra" (Its case sensitive), you also need SAP Sprint running on the host.

Now, ZM400 is a network printer, not sure why are you using a print server. You can use Method U: (Berkeley Protocol) and use the IP as Host and Destination and avoid the print server completely.

Actually it should be run via Sap Print Server. But same configuration of printers are working, the others are not working.

By the way, when i try U method, it gives error.

What we checks;

- We can ping printer host. (below screen shot IP is given instead of host)

Printer Definition ; (Check connection is spad = Unable to reach the remote host spool system)

With U method, simply use the IP of the printer (not the Print Server) on both Host Printer and Destination Host and try it again

It is same result Reyes, any way we need to work it with Sap Print Server. Because we can take print with Frontend also. Our priority is Sap Print Server unfortuately.

Also Make sure you are using the right device type for Zebra ZM400... which is YZB200U.PRI as per the  1173046 - Printer Vendor Wizard Note: Zebra

I tried with YZB200U and YZB200 they are not even starting in Spool Process(SM50, SP01)
