DBSQL_SQL_ERROR Exception "CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB"

Hi,

I am trying to run User Repository Sync Job in my SAP GRC SP5 system in Full or Incremental mode. But aftr around 1900 sec the job fails and throws the run time ST222 dump as attached below.

Error is as {SQL error "SQL code: 12205" occurred while accessing table "GRACUSER"}.

Looks like the Note 2193637 is relevant to your issue.

Can you try implementing the Note and check if your issue is fixed?

Now I am not receiving DBSQL Error dump in ST22, but I am getting time out error for the same.

Could you please suggest me on this please !

As you have not shared the error screenshot it will be difficult to investigate.

Kindly check if the below Note helps.

Hello Manisha,

Check the corresponding work process trace for relevant entries in the timeframe of the shortdump.

Also you can check the SQL error 12205 with your SYBASE database administrator.
