Customizing missing after upgrade.

Hi guys.

I created a customizing screen for quotation screen  in nwbc.

Last week we did a upgrade to 9.3 and all my customizing missed and the scrren back to standard version and i not found my page created

somebody knows why it ocurred and how to fix it.

Hi Ronaldo,

in addition you should run WD application WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_USER with regard to component FPM_OVP_COMPONENT and User Scope "Customizing", and check the search result.

If the customizing is really lost, I recommend to create an OSS message on BC-WD-ABA.

thanks Simon i found my configuration but it isnt called in mt pfcg role.

and is standard how could i change it to my customizing?

i want to assign customizing /SCMTMS/WDCC_TCM_QQ_FWO_AIR.

Hi Ronaldo,

on your screenshot we see the application configuration + OVP configuration regarding .../TCM_QUICK_QUOTE.

Customizing of /SCMTMS/WDCC_TCM_QQ_FWO_AIR represents just a delta on top, not an workbench object. If you display the component configuration /SCMTMS/WDCC_TCM_QQ_FWO_AIR in SE80 and click on the usage function, then you will find most probably the parent application configuration.

The application configuration of /SCMTMS/WDCC_TCM_QQ_FWO_AIR should be assigned to the PFCG role, so what you need to change is the PFCG role.
