I hope you can help me. I´m trying to start the newest SUM SP17 patch 3 but when it ask for the OS user (SIDADM) it says wrong password all the time. I have already tried to restart. I´m sure that the password is correct. Other forums tells me to set the parameter service/protectedwebmethods = SDEFAULT. I have also tried with NONE and DEFAULT. NOT working at all.
In the SUM log it tells me this: pki library initialization failed.
The the system is a java only and runs in a Microsoft failed over cluster. So everything is Microsoft. SQL etc.
Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to get this SUM up and running. The SIDADM user is a Microsoft domain user and it is the user that I´m logged on with.
