Hi guys
I am giving you one of typical issue what we are facing, let me explain we received 45 EA on 2015 unfortunately 5 was rejected raise the notification and done return to vendor through Usage decision screen. But issue is now when I look into stock overview that 5 EA is showing in Quality stock. When I am trying to run Program "ZQEVAC20" it is showing error message " Deficit of SL stock in quality inspection 7.00 EA.. let me know any guys face same issue how you guys proceed for this situation... advance I will appreciate any body respond proactively.
You need to look at config and determine the actual stock postings used by your different UD stock posting lines.
We also need to know if the 01 inspection type is set to post to QI or not. That determines the actual movement used from the config table.
The quanity "7" is troubling as it indicates some other movement happened. Senthil may be correct and maybe you have another inspection lot involved?
I would review all the material documents for the batch and see how that 7 came about.

Dear Prasad,
When you return the stocks to vendor at the time of making usage decision, movement type 122 will happen and the stocks will be treated as an on order stock by the system and the stock will come back to quality only after re-processing the purchase order. When you re-process the PO the normal standard procedure you've to follow to post the stock to un-restricted. I believe the lot no you're giving in the program might be wrong. Please check that once and the general issues pertaining to the program ZQEVAC20 please reefer the note 48815
Kindly share your feedback after that.
Best Regards
Senthil Nathan K
