HTTP 400 error while creating TR from ChaRM

Dear All

We are using ChaRM on SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP13. When we click on Create Transport request button in the change document, we get an HTTP 400 error - "Service is not available" in the popup that comes up.

Due to this TR creation from ChaRM is not working. Could you please help?

Hi Saritha,

Please make sure you user is a dialogue user.

I used to have some issues when using system/service users.

Hi,

Also after checking the relevant services are active, please increase your trace level for ICM to level 2 or 3 depending on which you are now. Rerun the process and see the error if it exists in the dev_icm log file. Trace level 2 is usually more user friendly and should give you the detail you need.

Hi Saritha

I will say you need to first perform the change request management setup in SOLMAN_SETUP.

For your error, there is step to activate the services in setup , you need to execute that.

We have activated ChaRM and also all the required services are active.But still we are getting this error.

Can you check if below services are active.

cts_zenui_manager

cts_zenui_transports

wdc_transport_templates

Please check if below is applicable for you
