Dear All
We are using ChaRM on SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP13. When we click on Create Transport request button in the change document, we get an HTTP 400 error - "Service is not available" in the popup that comes up.
Due to this TR creation from ChaRM is not working. Could you please help?

Please make sure you user is a dialogue user.
I used to have some issues when using system/service users.

Also after checking the relevant services are active, please increase your trace level for ICM to level 2 or 3 depending on which you are now. Rerun the process and see the error if it exists in the dev_icm log file. Trace level 2 is usually more user friendly and should give you the detail you need.

I will say you need to first perform the change request management setup in SOLMAN_SETUP.
For your error, there is step to activate the services in setup , you need to execute that.
