CRM/GTS - Integration ?

My customer uses the Service Mgmt in ECC today, and they are starting a project to migrate to CRM/Service Management.  They use leverage GTS compliance capabilities in ECC for service management, and they want to know if those same checks exist if the service orders are done in CRM.  Is the compliance checking integration also in CRM?

just to let you know - When you are connecting CRM in SPM environment - CRM/GTS will be on the same box.

any calls between CRM and GTS will be direct calls with no Destination.

Hi Jason,

Yes, GTS supports CRM as a feeder system, as far as I know.  The on-line guide gives you some guidance - see, for example; Releasing Locked Order Items - Additional Functions for Service Parts Management - SAP Library.
