Disable SSL temporary

Hi All,

I am trying to find a way if it is possible to disable SSL temporary in system -

My Assumption is -

If I delete HTTPS parameter from NWA->Infrastructure->Security->SSL then our server identity will also become not usable and when we will add back HTTPS parameter then we have to again create server identity and import CSR response so technical almost all SSL config steps need to be executed again.

Please suggest if my assumption is correct and what could be best way to achieve this.

Hello Shivam,

Maybe you should only deactivate the HTTPS port in the system.

The SSL configuration can stay as is.

By Deactivating do you mean to remove port from SSL configuration and removing it will not hurt existing SSL configuration.

Hi Shivam,

What will happen is the SSL will not work anymore, configuration will still be there aside from parameter. So users will be prompted with alert when logging onto webpages that connection is not secure.
