Dispatcher YELLOW Running but Dialog Queue info unavailable

Hi! I've problem with dispatcher in a system. It starts without problems however the dispatcher in sapcontrol control is remains in status 'yellow' with message "disp+work, Dispatcher, YELLOW, Running but Dialog Queue info unavailable". The system (CI) was generated as a copy of the original, copied and synchronized the FS. Everything works OK least dispatcher. I already checked work logs (without errors), kernel directory, notes 1957443 and 72248 but the problem remains.

I appreciate any help.

Is it possible to provide Dispatcher trace file (dev_disp) for further analysis?
