Data Connection Issue

Hello Experts

We are unable to load a catalog service into SAP WEBIDE, as we are currently connected to a gateway system from webide but unable to view services, instead a message pops up stating "catalog service unavailable" but our Netweaver system has services in it.

Test the destination N01 in HCP account to see if its working or not.

What is the result of selecting Service URL option and then selecting your system N01, then entering the service URL? Does it work this way?

On the Data Connection page instead of selecting Service Catalog, try selecting the Service URL option and then select your system, then enter the service URL (in the form /sap/opu/odata/sap/<SERVICE_NAME>).
