Hi,
We want to activate the Retrofit and CSOL in our dual landscape. We have ChaRM is in place. We have two Soltuon manager (1. non-prod 2. prod). The charm workflow is in Prod solution manager server. Now please let me know where should I configure the retrofit, in non-prod and prod? We are running Solution manager 7.1 SP14. Can you please let me know if any SAP provided guide is available for Retrofit and CSOL configuration. I think we have to activate the Enhanced Retrofit. I do have the below wiki but apart from that if there is any SAP document.
Regards,
Sudip

Hi Sudip,
I am assuming all the systems are connected to PRD solman and activated the ChaRM.
So you need to carry all the step in PRD solman for Retrofit CSOL.
Please updated the latest version of Master Note for Change Request Management 7.10, SPXX .

Thanks Karthik for your detailed explanations and links.
The wiki link is saying to read the documentation and I would like to know which document it is referring to?
"1.1.Go to spro and run point "Activation of Retrofit" if you want to use the enhanced retrofit: Read the documentation of the point first."
"1.2. Maintenance of Retrofit Parameters: SM30 ->/TMWFLOW/RCONFIG (read documentation of the point for detailed description of each parameter)"
"1.3. Status Customizing for retrofit objects: SM30 ->/TMWFLOW/EDT_CST (read the documentation of the point)"

Sudip
