Logon groups with MSCS

I have setup a working ECC 6.0 Cluster on Win 2003. Now I want to use logon groups for this.

Problem is I cannot get my SAP GUI ( 6.40 patch 22) to connect to the message server using the virtual name or IP.

I can setup logon groups for a non-clustered maching just fine.

Any ideas on how to set up Logon groups for a cluster?

try to ping the virtual IP address, also check the virtual IP address configuration. are you using any router in between?

Ping from the workstation is fine.

Solved it. I had an ID-TEN-T error.
