GRC access request status showing running

Hello Experts,

There an issue in our system where access request status is showing running on UI but the approve already approved and in the backend I can see request in completed.

My requirement is to close/complete lingering request in system.

Is there any standard report is there in the system which will complete the lingering requests in the system or do I need to build new program.

Also please advise me how do I find the list of these kind of request and which table I need to update using custom program.

We have checked mentioned SAP Note and it is not applicable for us.

The other option we have to create a report and modify table: "GRFNMWRTIN" with status to Finish for all error records which could not updated due to network or system down.
