Difference in Number Range of Material in MDG HUB & ECC

Hi All,

We have a scenario where  we need to distribute the Material from MDG HUB system to different ECC system and one of those is legacy ECC system where the number range for material is different from the one which will be created in MDG and now onward whenever the Material will be created that will also needs to be distributed in that legacy ECC system as well.

So there will be difference in number range of MDG HUB and one of the ECC system.

So at the time of sending the material from MDG to ECC how can we deal with Number range issue? How can we get the new Material number for legacy ECC where the material needs to be distributed.

We will be using IDOC MATMAS for sending the Material.

Hello Sachin,

You can use the Key Mapping for this.

In your Replication you can use this

I understand that it can be achieved through Key Mapping however could you please help me understand where can we define the number range for ECC system in MDG system or where in  Key Mapping we will have to provide the number range of ECC system.
