Unable to upload and download document in content server?

Hi Expert's,

While i am trying to upload or download any document into content/archive server ,I am not able to do the same(unable to download or upload from server).

But it's not throwing any error message ,the work is in progress mode(Circle rotating ).

We checked repository are also in running status .

Hi,

PLease check SLG1 for the log and post the error message from the log.

Hi Nayeem ,

Thru SLG1 i am receiving the error log:

"HTTP ERROR: 500 Internal server error  cannot start document request,reason:SQL CONNECT Failed [SAP AG] [LIBSQLOD SO][MAXDB] unable to co"

Message NO: CMS025

Diagnosis

Error in accessing via HTTP

500 Internal server error

Hi Aniruddha,

Please check Database is running  or not?

I would suggest please restart DMS server and check....
