Hello Experts,
we have newly created a project which dealing a new message flow from SAP PI to SAP HCM system.
HCM system receiving inbound messages which are not processing automatically. all the messages are reaching HCM system and showing as ready status. we are manually pushing messages when ever flow happening.
we would like to flow happen automatically instead of manually trigger.
Kindly provide your suggestions what are area need to check to fix issue.

Hi.
Did you check your Sheduler status in TCODE: SMQR ?
The new messages have a queue created and registered?
In TCODE SMQR --> Goto --> QRFC Administration

Hi Buddy,
Thanks for the response.
We have already having queues XBT* for this flows ( I think, this is default queue which is used for inbound entries,as said by PI consultant).
I have done Queue De-registration, activation and registration via SXMB_ADM -> Manage queues as read in one blog. But am not sure of this sequence. early i presumed that sequence is De-registration,registration and activation. Please correct me if am wrong.
However the flow is happening without any manual trigger.
I would like to know whose responsible this to work on queue part (Basis, PI or other teams based on system) when new flow come into picture?

Prabhakaran
Hello Prabhakaran,
I would say that this is a basis task, but you would need information from the PI / functional team(s) involved.
The information you would need is just the queue name, I believe.
Then, you need to access SMQR and register the queue there.
For example, register the queue "XBTR*", so all queues starting with "XBTR..." will be processed.
You might need to register more queues.
Once all queues are registered, the processing of the inbound queues should be automatic, unless a queue enters in error state ("SYSFAIL").
In this case, your PI / functional team needs to analyze the error and fix it before you can re-trigger the queue.

Isaías
