Dear All

We have a pass through scenario from file to file.

The target team is saying that they are getting the garbage value  ^M in the target file.Kindly let me know how to handle this in XI asap as the production support got stopped as they are unable to consume it.

Nagur

Hi Nagur,

You can run dos2unix command on your file either on source directory or before placing it to the target folder. It will remove this unwanted characters of new line.

You can also use this command as operating system command in adapter.

Meera,

As this is the pass through scenario i dont think this issue is caused by PI.

Usually ^M acts as a end line characters which differ for different OS.
