Excluding Certain Combination during Data Fetch

Hi,

After Defining the criteria in Edit View option, the fetched data set is somewhat like the one below:

As evident from the image above, the combination ABC1-DEF1 is having no values in KF1.

Is it possible to prevent such Rows from getting fetched or is it possible to hide them in the fetched planning view?

Hi Sourojit,

You will find some available options under Advanced -> EPM Sheet Options.

From what I tested so far:

• Hide Empty - basically this one is Microsoft functionality. You will see that rows are hidden and they can be manually unhidden. They are also automatically unhidden if after a Refresh of the planning view they are not empty anymore (e.g there was a background job that inserted some values or you change time axis etc)
• Remove Empty - automatically removes any row or column in the report that has no data after every refresh.

Hi Sourojit ,

You can use local member in EPM option to hide this particular combination.
