Extract Regions by Country

Hi All - I'm in need of extracting a list of all Country codes along with all the various Regions created within them. I'm having trouble finding a means of obtaining this info easily. Can anyone think of a report that would do this? I tried SE16/KNA1 table but I don't see a way to pull out what I need. Thanks.

I would use a download from  T005S table, you could have easily found this yourself by using F1 field help and then technical field help.

Hmm...I tried that by using F1 on the Region field but T005S wasn't listed anywhere as the table. Could you say what I'm missing? Thanks.

Edit: Just ran this and it's exactly what I needed. Thanks again. Data mining is still fairly new to me.
