ICM endpoint <DB host>:8000 could not be reached

Hello Friends,

I am at configuration check step in MSC but throwing below error.

ICM endpoint <db host>:8000 could not be reached.

Can anyone help in this?

Take a look at note 2004551.  Multiple possibilities for this issue - in our case someone set a redirect  with parameter icm/HTTP/redirect_0 which caused port_0 to show up as "0" in LMDB, but Managed System Config still showed port 8000 in step Enter Landscape Parameters.

Setting the 8000 to 0 as the note indicated solved the problem.
