Batch selection issue

Dear SAP Experts,

We have sales order which is created by interface , but the batch information of material in SAP is not in line with the interface file.

How can we know reason behind this issue. Can you please help.

Hi Neelam,

There could be two reasons for mismatch.

1) Have you activated Automatic Batch Determination for Sales Order Items? then system will determine based on the SD search procedure.

2) Could be issue in interface ,check with ABAPer to debug the interface.

Thank you for replying , I have checked Automatic Batch Determination is not activated for sales order items.

I will check with Abaper to debug the interface.
