Unable to see the Tiles in Fiori Launchpad

Hi ,

I have installed the software package for Gateway.

I have also installed the back-end package in S/4 HANA System.

And also did all necessary activation steps e.g. RFC connections,SICF activation etc...

Also I have added the standard Role SAP_BR_BILLING_CLERK to my User ID.

But when I am going to open the Fiori Launchpad , I could not able to see the tiles in there..

After doing F12 from browser, I got these error messages..

Please help me to solve this issue.

It is very urgent..Please friends help me...

Hi Partha,

I see the support package level is 000.

Please make sure you have the latest support package for SAP_UI.

Hi Parthasarathi,

Please check the followings:

1. Have you done all basic configurations mentioned in SAP S4HANA Fiori Foundation Configuration (MAA Disclaimer - SAP Help Portal Page) ?

2. Check notes and SAPUI5 library according to https://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-71751

3. Is there any authorization missing for frontend or backend shown in transaction SU53?

4. Check error logs both for frontend /IWFND/ERROR_LOG and backend /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG.
