EMAIL INBOUND PROCESSING

Hi Team,

I configured e-mail inbound processing in our solution manager and i maintained the e-mail id and we are able to get the mail to the mail id.Now the issue is i do not know how to test the email inbound processing.

The main purpose of Inbound Processing is to give the link to user by mail and if we click on the link then they will able to create the incident but we do not know how to test this activity.

Could you please suggest us how to test this Email Inbound Processing in solution manager.

Hi Arun,

Please can you clarify your question.

1. You want to give an link when you reply via ERMS?

2, Or you want to give a link where there can directly create the incident? - What is the purpose of ERMS then.
