Explorer servers hang at initialising, only Master starts

A little stumped with this one

Just installed BI42, 2 CMS servers and one web

All working fine except Explorer.

Only the MASTER server on both CMS Nodes is starting, the other 3 remain at initialising..

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Still no luck.

I've shut down Explorer on Node 2,

So one Master

IPv6 is not enabled

Same behavior, Master starts and the other 3 stuck at initializing.

Any ideas?

Colm,

      Do you have any VirusScan software running?  Either disable on Node 1 or add BOBJ Directory to exclusion.

How is your hardware configured / sized?

How much memory running on BI 4.2 Server ?

We did check the virus scanner, not the issue I'm afraid.

Out of desperation I changed the Indexing path on each of the 3 servers to point to a local drive instead of a folder on the SAN, maybe default_Data_Path+"explorer/Index" is tool long or something wrong with the format but it works when I make it E:/Explorer/Index
