Seasons v/s Listing

Hi,

Assume

1. I have an article assigned to season =FALL with delivery dates as  01/01/2017 to 31/02/2017.

2. The same article is listed for a wholesale customer from 01/01/2017 to 31/03/2017.

3. Season determination is switched on for Sales Order Document Type.

Now if I were to create a Sales Order for the article with delivery dates as 15/03/2017, would it go though ?

My question is what takes presidence, Dates from Season or the Listing dates ?

Regards,

Dheeraj

Hi Dheeraj

It should be always listing which should controls Sales/procurement activity on an article. This is because business might want to trade on the same article outside the season.

In this example your sales order should go through as it is listed, but without seasonal planning. I haven't worked on Season's but believe listing should take presidence.

Thanks

Vibhor.
