Picking from WM

Hi Experts,

I have got a requirement from client. My client wants to pick the stock against outbound delivery from the WH. He wants to count material two times

1- once when material is brought to shipping point.

2- when material is loaded.

Please advise

And what is stopping him to count it twice? Just use the TO and check against the stock, check off the items on the TO  and add a signature of the counter.

I believe Jurgen is suggesting an off line manual process.

Once the pick TO is confirmed, there is nothing left systematically to count against other than a hard copy of the TO and a signature of the operative to confirm that the qty's loaded have been counted and verified

You are right. May there is something else , or through rf ID.

I think pick point can be used   to creation should be against rfid, please let me know if that works

I dont know whether you have got your solution or not, I was just working on the same kind of requirement,

It works, You pick material to pick point that is first count, you will create the TO and Again create TO to Shipping Area, It will create another TO.

Just create a POC and see the result.  Please once see the impact also. I have not noticed any impact of it

Please expert let me know if there is any impact
