Hi Nihar,
Please try this below,
1. Do you have upgraded a Kernel, which means something was missing from kernel or it conflicts current sap file system.
2. Go to that program.
Take your cursor on File and press F1 key.
After that, go to Technical setting > Double click on Program name & Active the program.
