EJB QL error with Oracle Database

hello,

I have an entity EJB (2.1) with an ejbSelect method. EJB-QL statement is like "SELECT DISTINCT s.name FROM Parameter AS s WHERE s.region=?1 ORDER BY s.name"

When executed in a Windows environment with MS SQL database, everything works fine and my EJB returns an array of strings but, when executed on AIX environment with Oracle Database, the same deployed ejb throws the following exception: "ORA-00960: ambiguous column naming in select list".

It seems that the generated SQL statement is missing reference to the table name for the "ORDER BY" operation.

Environment is based on SAP WAS 6.40 SP9.

Has anybody a solution for this?
