Hi Jeyaganesh,
It seems that the hostnames or the service defined on the path to message server can not be resolved
Ensure that path is correctly defined and hostnames and services ports are also correctly defined. 'niping' command may be helpful to check resolution.
Please find deeper information on Notes:
#540379 - Ports and services used by SAP
#896973 - Service 'xyz' unknown; error in getservbyname/getaddrinfo

Raquel

Dear Jeyaganesh,
Hope you are doing good.
It looks like you are getting a message server hostname "not known" kind of issue. Please check if /etc/services file is properly maintained according to the following notes:
896973 - Service 'xyz' unknown; error in getservbyname/getaddrinfo
540379 - Which port for which service?
52959 - sapms..., sapdp.., sapgw.. unknown (or not found)
Hope this helps.
