Hi,

We are using the solution manager 4.0 service desk.

Is it possible to assign a message to more than one processor?

I tried to add an additional processor via the "partners" tab, but I get a red alert that there are too many message processors.

Hi Adi.

How do you want to assign the message? If you have an organizational management you can assign a organisation as support team. Then all members of these organisation can select their messages in the monitor using the parameter - My collegues.

If you like to assign it explizit for example to one more processor you can change the partner scheme and increase the number of allowed message processors.
