Help is required for SLcM. Academic calendar should be one or per each year ?

I am new to SLcM and we are now creating Academic calendar.

I have a question about academic calendar.

Academic calendar should be one or is should be per each year ?

Here is my screenshot we created one for all years is it correct or not ?

Hi Zarlyk,

you usually create one academic calendar for one organizational unit. The calendar contains all years and academic periods including the periods for module booking, fee calculation etc. You create the academic calendar for a long term, for years.

Academic calendar is VERY!!! important as all processes are related to it. So please maintain it carefully.

Hi There,

as mentioned above, we create calendar for years and each year we have to maintain time limits for academic purpose.
