Online application help for Hybris Marketing 1605

Hello,

I am looking for Online application help setting in SR13 for Hybris Marketing in windows platform.

What i did is, download Hybris marketing application help from SMP and put in Server location and did entry in SR13 under Plainhtmlfile.

when i start hybris marketing using tcode: start_cei, it will redirect to browser and where i click on any tile like segmentation & Import data etc.

In any tile when i click on application help then it cannot find application help.

error is: Service cannot be reached . attached the error document for reference.

Can somebody help me.

Hi Richa,

have never done this myself before, but the above link describes how to install SAP Library. Do let me know whether this solved the issue.

It doesn't solve my issue specific for Hybris Marketing.
