My Inbox 2.0 - Unable to load task - The formal parameter "IM_TIMEZONE" could not be found in the method "GET_INSTANCE" of the class "CL_WAPI_MOBILE_INBOX"

Hello Experts,

We are getting below error  - while loading the tasks in Fiori Inbox.

An exception has occurred which is explained in more detail below. Whe

checking whether this exception is caught at runtime, the system

determined that the class assigned to this exception (class

  'CX_SY_DYN_CALL_PARAM_NOT_FOUND') is

not in the database.

This means either that the class has been deleted by mistake or that

the kernel and the databse are not on the same release.

The reason for the exception is:

The formal parameter "IM_TIMEZONE" could not be found in the method

  "GET_INSTANCE" of the

class "CL_WAPI_MOBILE_INBOX".

Please share your thoughts on this?

Hi Praneeth,

Most probably, you have not applied mandatory notes.

It's resolved now.

It's not because of not applied mandatory SAP notes.

some BASIS activity, issue got occurred.

Hi Masa,

Basis team was involved in some patches applying in ECC - during that time issue got occurred.

Once System got restart, things working as expected.
