All mails are in waiting in sost

Hie Experts,

when we type tcode sost, all the mails are showing in waiting, we select that mails and try to resend it through, it shows this message

"A send process is already running for INT/prio

High"

Please do help us, to reslove this issue...

Please provide a screen shot of SOST. Also is your system time zone same a your current timezone ?

Our time zone (UTC+05:30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, its 16:50 hrs

Please provide SOST screen shot, with the error being thrown for the email items.

Also go to system->status and give me the screen shot of the top part of the popup.

Also is this SMTP server the correct one or you have just given a random name ?

Hi,

Check if your Send Job is working and is scheduled with 5 or 10 Mins interval , or you can try sending Manually  by selecting some emails and clicking on the "Start Send process by Selection " in SOST. If you receive any error when you process  manually post the error message.

Also for time being in SCOT--> Setting --> Domain - Give * instead of your domain.
