PFAC rules to have external e-mail address

I need a help on how to use PFAC rules to have external e-mail address as recipients in SAP EM. Thank you in advance.

Hi Ceren,

You can configure rule in PFAC and maintain through Define Alert Category.

Please check this below link how to create a rule.

When you create an element, you need to link the structure name "SALRTTRCP" in Tab D.Type -> ABAP Dict. Data Type.

How to link in Alert container in Alert Category in section - Internal Usage of the Container

Alert Container - Alert Management (BC-SRV-GBT-ALM) - SAP Library

Give the same element name in container in your defined alert category.

I have done full end to end config, however please check and let me know the outcome.

Rest of configs, you can follow SAP EM Alert Management Framework.

Hi Ceren,

I am assuming you are asking in relation to EM Alerts. Isn't it?

If yes, then you can send alert to external recipients by maintaining them as parameters in Event Handler and use those parameters as in the second screen shot ( Communication Data ).
