Service Cannot be reached in SAP Fiori client app

Hi All,

I'm using SAP Fiori Client App and I have given my URl. I have set my passcode. After entering passcode I'm getting  Service cannot be reached error and File not found error . After tab the screen its asking for username and password.

Can you please help on this?

Hi Pavan,

1. Ensure that launchpad URL is working on mobile Browser.

2. Use the same URL in Fiori Client and test.

If it fails, please share the URL format that you are using and also ensure you are connected to VPN if necessary.

There isn't enough details on what is going wrong, could just be a proxy configuration error.  I have seent that caused by smphomebuster.  Try getting a Fiddler trace as it can show the requests.
