Afaria SSP logout automatically while performing enrollment

Hello Experts,

We have upgraded environment to Afaria 7 SP 15.

Whenever we try to enroll iOS/Enroll devices through SSP, the SSP automatically logs out when we perform enrollment.

Please suggest us troubleshooting steps to resolve the SSP timeout issue.

Hi Subash,

Are you certain that you have the passthrough authentication from the SSP to the Afaria Enrollment Server enabled? (Afaria Admin>Server>Settings>Enrollment>Self-Service Portal>Self-service portal consolidated assignments and authentication)

You should also compare the advanced settings of the AfariaSSPAppPool on the bad install to a known good install in your environment. It may be that the idle time-out is set too low or the app pool may be recycling too frequently.

Is there a step/screen where the logout occurs consistently? Are you using a EULA for that SSP instance/language?
