Invalid Username and Password when starting the SMP 3.0 (SP11) server

Hi All,

We have installed SMP 3.0 SP11 and SDK SP12 on a system and deployed SAP Work Manager 6.3 and 6.2 app on the server.

There were no errors occurred while deploying the app.

When restarting the SMP server, the command prompt is not showing any error but the back end was not getting loaded successfully and getting an error "JAVA EXCEPTION CAUGHT: com.syclo.agentry.AgentryException: Invalid login username or password (repeat logon)".

As a result no back end connections were loaded into the cockpit and getting the empty screen.

I have verified the service user credentials in JavaBE.ini file also and there seems no inconsistency.

Refer to the enclosed the error log from Events.log file.

Requesting for the suggestions to overcome the error.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Roopa,

Can you able to login to back end using same user id and password ?

And also check the mandatory Syclo RFC roles are assigned to userID in back end.

Hi All,

Thanks for your responses.

The issue is now got resolved. I have maintained the wrong credentials for RFC_AGE_ECC user.

We have done password reset for the user and now the app got successfully deployed to the server.
