Billing output type determination

Hi Experts,

I apologize if I repeat the same question Y becaz , I have read and followed them,still problem persists.

My aim is to get o/p type automatically while issuing o/p for billing document.

I had maintained spro-> Sales and Dist -> Basic Functions-> Output control ->Output Determination ->Output Determination using Cond Techque

-> Maintain O/p Detm for Billing Doc.

I maintained VV31 Entries also corresponding to that .

I am still not getting automatic one.

please guide me.

Don't type a long text in subject.  Make use of it effectively

Moved from SAP ERP SD Sales to Output Management.  Did you check the Determination Analysis as to why the output was not determined automatically?

Hello Krishna,

Have you maintained output device/communication details in condition record ? if not just do it.

VV31/VV32 > Select record >> Goto >> Communication method.
