FIORI:Approve leave request Not showing Item count

Hi Experts,

We have implemented My team calendar application for our client. everything is working fine related to applicaiton. but when i logged into fiori launch padi could not able to see number of leave request are there in his/her approval. anything activation needs to be done for this ? or where do i need to check for this. please suggest me on this please.

System levels are below:

Do the leave request workflow items exist in the user's SAP Inbox?

Hi Saurabh,

yes it contain the requests inbox for approval. as i have seen from web sources, even if it does not contain any request it will show as 0 (ZERO).

Do you see any error message(s) in the browser console after logging into the launchpad?
