Budget should check for current year while PO doc date is last year and delivery date is current year

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement. User creating PO(example material) with document date 15Dec2015 and delivery date as 20Feb2016. System checking last year budget and throwing error message as exceeding budget as we closed last year books and we are maintaining anuual budgets. How to acheive this. please help me.

Hi, is it PSM-FM of FI-FM check? If so then you need to change update of Update profile with a Delivery date for Value type PO here

But be careful with this changes in productive system

Thanks for reply. If i do this it will impact all purchase order types. Can we restrict to only few PO types. Please advise.

Hi, I'm afraid no... Only BADi or user exit could help
