Sales Based Rent - Addition of Sales Rule Validity

Dear Experts,

Requesting for your assistance on resolving the issue pertaining to the error we are encountering in setting up an additional sales rule validity. The Real Estate Contract has an existing Reporting Rule and Sales Rule but we can't proceed from updating it due to some error we are receiving through express document.

Upon saving, we came up with the result below:

Then we have checked the issue in SM13 for the detailed message for the error:

Then checking the VISRTMSBRPI table, we have notice that there were MINRENT amount recorded which aren't physically present in the Real Estate Contract (Sales Grading).

Please advise on what should we do to successfully add the Sales Rule Validity

Hi George,

As the records already existing in table VISRTMSBRPI, please delete it by addon program or in debug mode.

This is noted, but does this mean that deletion thru an add-on program or in debug the best option to resolve the problem? We have also found SAP NOTE - 1807980 but not sure if this can be applicable or a solution for this issue. Thank you very much.

Hi George,

The note is used for avoiding same issue in future, to solving current problem, delete the inconsistency data in table is the only solution.
