SUM Error while calculating queue for ST-A/PI ECC 6.0 EhP8 Upgrade

All,

Upgrading ECC from 6.0 to EhP8. ST-A/PI source version is 01S_700, chosen target as 01S_731. Getting below error, please advise how to fix this error ASAP. I did not get this error in SBX.

Hi Kavitha,

You need to check below points.

Update your SPAM/SAINT Version and try if still get the error check below

1. In SE16 check the CVERS table and check whether component is listed or not. Paste the screenshot.

2. Check the stack.xml file , which might have contained the above package in the list.

3.If any package missed manually download and continue the upgrade
